Position: Senior Design Engineer for Airbus M&P

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Design Engineer specializing in Material & Process ve airframe design and provide technical leadership in a collaborative environment.
We are looking for an experienced Design Engineer / Team Lead with 8-12 years in aerospace Material & Process engineering. You will guide junior engineers, offer support for compliance activities, and conduct engineering evaluations.

Your role is pivotal in airframe design, certification, and qualification, impacting various aircraft programs including A220 and A320.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide engineering support for standard parts and 3D modeling

• Perform tasks for development, qualification, and support

• Conduct root cause analysis for manufacturing issues

• Participate in airframe design reviews for compliance

• Create and update Airbus standards and technical reports
Requirements:

• 8-12 years of aerospace M&P experience

• Strong background in Airbus programs and processes

• Experience in quality checks and quick production support

• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Ability to work independently in fast-paced settings
