Le client de TEKsystems connaît une croissance rapide et recherche un Technicien en ingénierie et opérations pour rejoindre son équipe d’Opérations d’infrastructure en expansion.

L’organisation évolue dans un environnement technologique dynamique et est un leader dans le domaine des centres de données. Le Technicien en ingénierie et opérations est responsable de superviser l’entretien de tous les équipements électriques, mécaniques et de sécurité incendie/vie dans le centre de données. Il agit également comme ressource technique pour soutenir les opérations internes. Les équipements des centres de données qui prennent en charge des serveurs critiques doivent maintenir une disponibilité supérieure à 99,999 %.

Les Techniciens en ingénierie et opérations sont également chargés de favoriser l’innovation tout en réduisant les coûts opérationnels des installations. Ils sont les premiers intervenants pour les problèmes électriques et mécaniques pouvant affecter la disponibilité. Cela inclut, sans s’y limiter : générateurs diesel de secours et systèmes de carburant, tableaux de distribution/switch-gears, UPS, PDU, AHU, CRAHU, CRAC, pompes, moteurs, VFD et systèmes d’automatisation du bâtiment.

TEKsystems client is growing rapidly and is looking for an Engineering and Operations Technician to join their expanding Infrastructure Operations team.

The organization operates in a fast paced technology company and is a leader in the world of data centers. The Engineering and Operations Technician is responsible for overseeing the maintenance of all electrical, mechanical and fire/life safety equipment within the data center. The Engineering and Operations Technician serves as a technical resource to support within its data centers. Data center equipment that supports mission-critical servers must maintain better than uptime.

Engineering and Operations Technicians are also tasked with driving innovation while reducing operational costs in the facilities. Engineering and Operations Technicians are front-line respondents for electrical and mechanical issues affecting availability. This equipment includes but is not limited to stand-by diesel generators and related fuel systems, switchboards/switch-gears UPSs, PDUs AHUs, CRAHUs, CRACs, pumps, motors, VFDs and building automation systems.

- Electrical or Mechanical trade post secondary education

- Mechanical or electromechanical college education

- Bachelor Degree in applicable engineering field electrical mechanical construction
