Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor engineers and technicians daily

• Manage and prioritize tasks while handling escalations

• Collaborate with Production and Quality teams for quick resolutions

• Ensure high quality and productivity during operations

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Engineering or relevant technical degree

• 10+ years’ aerospace experience

• Familiar with aircraft systems and structure

• Leadership experience in a technical environment

• Excellent oral and written communication in both French and English
