Join the City of Côte Saint-Luc as an Urban Development Project Manager, managing essential municipal projects and services to enhance city infrastructure. Ensure effective project delivery and compliance with strategic goals.
In this full-time management position, you will collaborate with the Director of Urban Development and Manager of Engineering. Your focus will be on executing civil engineering projects, from planning to field monitoring. You’ll be responsible for engaging with engineers, preparing documents for bidding, and upholding quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee planning and execution of municipal projects
• Develop budgets and work scopes aligned with city objectives
• Collaborate with project teams for cohesive designs
• Prepare contract documents for competitive bidding
• Ensure adherence to quality, schedules, and budgets
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field
• Registration as a Professional Engineer (OIQ)
• 2-4 years’ experience in civil or municipal engineering
• Familiarity with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and AutoCAD
• Valid category 5 driver's license
