Take the lead as a Supply Chain Specialist for New Product Development at Bombardier in Dorval, QC. This role is pivotal in managing procurement for innovative aerospace projects.

Your primary responsibility will be overseeing procurement activities across various product development phases. Strong project management and negotiation skills are essential to ensure that all procurement activities adhere to established plans. Coach junior team members and support sourcing strategies to enhance collaboration across functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement functions for designated commodities

• Ensure effective project management of procurement tasks

• Collaborate with product development teams for streamlined processes

• Track management changes until fully implemented

• Negotiate contracts with external suppliers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent

• 8-12 years' experience in aerospace

• Proven track record in supplier negotiations

• Experience with development programs is a plus

• Strong bilingual communication skills in French and English
