Key Responsibilities:
• Develop reliability requirements and test strategies for IVD devices

• Collaborate with R&D, QA, and manufacturing for DFR compliance
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years in reliability engineering with Med Tech focus
• Strong skills in DFMEA, FTA, and test strategies
• Proficiency in life data analysis tools like Weibull
• Experience with Minitab or JMP essential
• Knowledge of regulatory standards: ISO 13485 and FDA
