Technical Account Manager at C2MI

Join C2MI as a Technical Account Manager, leveraging your engineering expertise and communication skills. In this permanent role, you'll connect clients with our technical applications team.

You will serve as the daily liaison between clients and our Microelectronic Assembly sector, ensuring effective project management and communication. The focus is on planning, documentation, and client expectations, requiring strong organizational skills.

Your role is integral to the success of various technical projects while working under the Technical Director's guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build client relations and manage technical communications

• Oversee detailed planning and scheduling of projects

• Set up internal systems and monitor project kick-offs

• Update documentation and report on project progress

• Conduct risk assessments with in-house experts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering field

• 2 to 5 years of project coordination experience

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of microelectronics assembly processes

• Proficiency in French and English communication
