In this pivotal role, we are searching for a Senior Reliability Engineer with a strong background in medical device and IVD processes. With over ten years of experience, you will develop and lead testing and reliability programs tailored for regulated environments. Your efforts will be crucial in aligning design processes with stringent compliance standards and risk assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement reliability test strategies for IVD medical devices

• Conduct DFMEA, PFMEA, and reliability risk assessments

• Execute lifecycle testing programs, including various accelerated tests

• Analyze test data and prepare detailed technical reports

• Ensure collaboration with cross-functional teams for DFR

Requirements:

• 10+ years of related experience in reliability engineering

• Strong analytical skills, especially in life data analysis

• Proficient with tools like Minitab and JMP

• Familiarity with Python or MATLAB is advantageous

• Solid understanding of ISO and FDA regulations
