You will manage and lead significant engineering projects, facilitating Kaizen workshops for team solutions.

Your role will focus on layout management, monitoring implementation strategies, and supporting 5S activities. Additionally, you'll analyze production capacity and create comprehensive equipment and tooling inventories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee plant engineering project management

• Conduct Kaizen workshops to engage teams

• Establish approved layouts for plant efficiency

• Monitor implementation strategies and effectiveness

• Analyze capacity and equipment/tool requirements

Requirements:

• College diploma or bachelor’s in industrial engineering

• Minimum 2 years in a manufacturing environment

• Strong initiative, organizational skills, and leadership capability

• Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint;
AutoCAD experience is a bonus

• Bilingual communication in French and English is advantageous
