In this critical role, you will manage extensive highway design projects, ensuring collaboration among engineers and stakeholders. Your responsibilities include overseeing project quality, adhering to MTO practices, and mentoring your team to deliver exceptional results in roadway and bridge rehabilitation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead design efforts for multi-discipline highway projects
• Mentor and support engineering and technical staff
• Ensure quality assurance processes are followed
• Coordinate effectively with clients and utility firms
• Prepare and manage project budgets and timelines
Requirements:
• Degree in Civil Engineering
• Licensed as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.)
• 10–15 years of related experience in highway design
• Familiarity with transportation engineering policies
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
