- Manage multiple industrial projects simultaneously by defining the execution strategy (scope, resources, schedule, costs, risks, quality).
- Plan activities, coordinate the work of involved resources, manage budgets/expenses and act as an interface between stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of the industrial strategy and manufacturing plan for the two A220 FALs (Mirabel and Mobile).
- Prepare and present progress reports to governance committees, securing the necessary support at the appropriate management levels.
- Identify, evaluate and implement innovations to digitize A220 FAL activities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain close links with Airbus central teams, benchmark with other aerospace programs and act as an A220 representative.
- Act as a change leader and propose solutions to industrialize the FAL ecosystem.
- Engage and keep the necessary resources and teams involved to ensure project completion.
- Degree (or equivalent) in engineering or technical studies in the aerospace field.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, including relevant experience in a final assembly line (FAL) environment.
- Specialist in industrial solutions demonstrating strong project management skills.
- Demonstrated high level of leadership with proven coaching/training skills and the assertiveness to influence and challenge the status quo.
- Ability to work with senior management as well as with work teams, diplomatically and resiliently.
- Proactivity, strong autonomy, organizational skills and the ability to set priorities to operate in a high-pressure environment regularly subject to change.
- Language skills: advanced level (oral and written) in French and English to be an excellent communicator at all levels.
