We are searching for a skilled Process and Performance Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in the aerospace or manufacturing field. In this role, you will work within the Operational Excellence department to drive process improvements and operational efficiency by utilizing key performance indicators. Partner with diverse teams to implement strategies for process optimization and effective planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate performance using key industrial indicators

• Design production line balancing methods

• Conduct comprehensive root cause analyses

• Propose effective plans for process enhancements

• Document and analyze operational constraints

Requirements:

• Industrial Engineering degree or a related field

• 3-5 years in aerospace or related industries

• Proficient in time analysis and line balancing techniques

• Knowledgeable in PERT and Pareto analysis

• French and English bilingualism required
