Senior Manufacturing Engineer - Test Process

This pivotal role involves developing and maintaining test methods, supporting production initiatives, and ensuring quality at our state-of-the-art facility. With at least 8 years of experience in electrical or mechanical engineering, you will collaborate with teams to tackle technical issues, design process improvements, and enhance test environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement test processes for electronic assemblies
• Optimize manufacturing processes and document procedures
• Interface with production and engineering to support new product releases
• Analyze manufacturing data to identify process trends
• Provide training and certification for operators
Requirements:
• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 8 years of experience
• Knowledge of test standards and IPC regulations
• Proficient in SAP, Power BI, and SQL
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience in electronics manufacturing and debugging
