Key Responsibilities:

• Lead collaboration with Product and UX teams
Requirements:
• 3+ years managing engineering teams
• Experience in building AI/ML systems
• Strong coaching mindset for engineer development
• Solid technical judgment for complex decisions
• Experience with distributed team collaboration
