MDA is looking for a Lead SAR Payload Product Manager to spearhead product vision and roadmaps within its Office of the Chief Architect. This role focuses on applying technical expertise and business acumen to guide SAR product initiatives, ensuring alignment with market needs and internal capabilities. You will navigate complex project timelines and lead a team of engineers in turning visionary ideas into reality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and execute product vision and strategy

• Perform competitive assessments and market studies

• Present cutting-edge products to clients and partners

• Manage product life cycle and R&D funding proposals

• Liaise with various departments for cohesive execution

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Engineering, Master’s preferred

• At least 5 years experience in SAR or space

• Strong analytical and project management skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
