Become the Specifications Harmonization Programme Leader for the A220 aircraft in Mirabel, Québec. This hybrid role focuses on reducing costs and enhancing program efficiencies.
The A220 team is looking for a leader who brings over ten years of experience in the aviation sector to drive Specification Harmonization initiatives. You will lead project structures, monitor opportunities for cost improvements, and build consensus across multi-functional teams. Your technical acumen and collaborative skills will be pivotal for project success and governance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and manage Specification Harmonization initiatives
• Prepare and coordinate feasibility and commercial assessments
• Lead execution plans and monitor progress effectively
• Report on project KPIs and portfolio updates
• Recommend improvements to processes based on feedback
Requirements:
• University engineering degree required
• Ten years of experience in aviation or industrial sector
• Strong familiarity with A220 operational practices
• Experience in harmonization and competitiveness projects
• Bilingual in French and English
