In this critical role, you will manage a talented engineering team and liaise with Electrical and Lighting suppliers to develop top-notch solutions for aircraft systems.

Your responsibilities range from team oversight and resource management to ensuring continuous improvement aligned with the companys strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities   Oversee a multi-site team of Electrical engineers
Progress technical solutions to certification with suppliers
Develop cutting-edge strategies for aircraft systems
Manage departmental reporting and performance evaluations
Ensure alignment of resources with project timelines
Requirements   Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Aeronautical Engineering
15+ years in aerospace with systems integration expertise
Minimum 5 years in a management role
Strong organizational and communication skills
Understanding of aeronautical product certification is advantageous
Lead Bombardiers next-generation aircraft projects with your strategic thinking and engineering expertise.
