Bombardier Section Chief, Mechanical Integration

Lead the Mechanical Integration team for Bombardier's aircraft division. This role involves managing supplier relations and ensuring technical compliance across various projects in a dynamic environment.
As Section Chief, you will supervise mechanical integration efforts for Challenger and Global aircraft platforms. You will be responsible for meeting engineering deliverables while coaching team members for growth and engagement. Your proactive leadership will encourage quality adherence and promote efficient operations across technical functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the Mechanical Integration team for component oversight

• Ensure engineering solutions align with certification standards

• Promote effective management of engineering change processes

• Set annual objectives for team performance improvement

• Provide coaching to enhance technical skills and teamwork
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 10+ years in aerospace

• Familiarity with interior completion designs and engineering changes

• Strong leadership and teamwork capabilities

• Results-oriented analytical mindset

• Fluent in English and French for communication
