Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and certify sheet metal repairs on aircraft components

• Plan and execute maintenance work with precision

• Mentor and provide job direction to team members

• Conduct detailed inspections, evaluations, and self-checks

• Oversee defect management and ensure compliance with safety policies

Requirements:

• Graduate from a Transport Canada approved Structural Program

• Possess or working towards a Transport Canada Structures 'S' license

• Valid driver's license required

• Strong planning and communication skills

• Flexibility to work varying shifts including nights and weekends
