Position: HSE Coordinator for Drilling Operations
Eram Talent is looking for a skilled HSE Coordinator to enhance safety in offshore and onshore drilling operations. This role will involve compliance audits, inspections, and fostering a safety-first culture.

As an HSE Coordinator with Eram Talent, you will maintain compliance with HSE standards while monitoring safety practices across drilling sites. Your experience in the oil and gas industry will guide your ability to conduct thorough inspections and audits, ensuring safety and regulatory conformity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and regulations

• Monitor safety practices on drilling rigs

• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments

• Identify safety non-compliance and implement actions

• Support well control and drilling safety systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field

• NEBOSH IGC certification is mandatory

• Experience in drilling operations in oil & gas

• Knowledge of drilling equipment and processes

• Familiarity with marine safety regulations and SOLAS
