Key Responsibilities:
• Manage loads and aeroelastics engineering activities
• Coordinate development of necessary team processes and tools
• Deliver load modifications and production support tasks
• Strengthen collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams
• Build networks for innovation and research aligned with strategy
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering
• 10+ years in aerospace, with 5+ in related fields
• Proven abilities in team leadership and management
• High-level project management skills
• Proficiency in English and French
