As a Manufacturing Engineering Co-op, you will tackle real-world engineering challenges through collaboration among production, engineering, and external stakeholders. This role prioritizes your learning while honing your analytical skills, contributing meaningfully to product design and process efficiency within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize Solid Works for design modifications and details

• Assist in jig and fixture design for production

• Establish SOPs to enhance workflow consistency

• Respond to product non-conformities and document findings

• Identify improvement opportunities and implement changes

Requirements:

• Enrolled in an Engineering Technician or Technology program

• Relevant trade experience in machining or welding preferred

• Strong understanding of Solid Works and productivity tools

• Excellent organizational skills with minimal supervision

• Proactive problem-solving and effective communication skills
