Drive innovative test development as a Project Lead at our Nepean, Ontario site. Oversee a team of Test Engineers, lead projects, and enhance testing capabilities.
As a Senior Test Engineering Developer, you will provide essential technical leadership and mentorship, managing a team of engineers while ensuring project goals align with the company’s strategy. With at least 10 years of experience, you'll engage in test strategy development and oversee performance reviews, career mentoring, and training. Your expert knowledge will guide project schedules, budgets, and performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and direct test development projects and engineers
• Mentor and coach the Test Engineering team members
• Develop process-improvement plans to enhance testing
• Collaborate on horizontal alignment of test strategies
• Initiate procurement of test equipment
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years in test engineering roles
• Proven leadership experience with engineering teams
• Extensive knowledge of Automatic Test Equipment
• Proficiency with project management tools including JIRA
