At Bombardier, you will support both internal and external customers with technical assistance on aircraft systems. Your background in avionics or engineering will enable you to monitor systems, identify technical issues, and provide effective solutions. This role is focused on troubleshooting and maintaining high customer satisfaction, requiring 3-5 years of aerospace experience and a strong understanding of electrical and avionics systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for Global and Challenger aircraft

• Monitor systems and propose effective corrective measures

• Conduct complex troubleshooting with minimal downtime

• Create and review aircraft configuration control files

• Offer customer support and troubleshooting tips

Requirements:

• College degree in Aircraft Maintenance or Engineering

• 3-5 years of relevant aerospace experience

• Knowledge of aircraft electrical systems

• Communication skills in English and French

• Willingness to travel and available on-call
