Collaborating across platforms, you will ensure decisions align with business objectives and maintain strict oversight of the engineering budget. Outstanding leadership and communication abilities are essential as you configure governance frameworks and foster a culture of teamwork and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide a team specializing in the Bombardier product line

• Collaborate with platform leaders on project alignment

• Handle Engineering Statement of Work and budgets

• Participate in management meetings for strategic governance

• Mentor and train team members to achieve goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering;
Aerospace focus preferred

• 20 years in aerospace industry with supervisory experience

• Knowledge of design tools and manufacturing processes

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Fluent in both English and French
