In this senior role, you will guide the Product Integration team in developing system-level tools and frameworks. Your expertise will shape early-phase system sizing and multidisciplinary optimization efforts. Collaborate closely with the aircraft configuration design team to enhance Model-Based Systems Engineering practices, ensuring consistency in architecture definitions and analyses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development of system-level conceptual design tools

• Define and document MBSE processes for engineering

• Create model-based workflows connecting sizing and architecture

• Maintain configuration-controlled architecture models and documents

• Facilitate requirements elicitation and validation activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering

• 7+ years in aircraft systems engineering or design

• Proficient in Python, C/C++, or MATLAB for modeling

• Experience with CAD tools like Catia or NX

• Strong communication skills for technical concepts
