In this role at the Dorval Plant 3, you'll be responsible for establishing key production metrics, balancing labor needs, and fostering an environment for continuous improvement through projects and Kaizen workshops. Your contributions will ensure that Bombardier maintains its high standards in aerospace manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in creating industrial engineering strategies

• Balance manpower based on production requirements

• Define labor standards and streamline assembly processes

• Measure productivity and develop performance indicators

• Conduct Kaizen workshops for process improvements

Requirements:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering;
Master’s is a plus

• 3+ years' experience in manufacturing settings

• Strong project management and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and MS Office

• Autonomous and innovative approach to engineering
