Join Bombardier's Innovation Center as a Prototypist specializing in aircraft cabin design. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to create prototypes using advanced materials.

In this role, you will work with both Industrial Design and Engineering teams to develop various prototypes for aircraft cabin elements. With at least 10 years of experience in manufacturing, you will contribute to research, material evaluation, and the creation of detailed technical specifications. Your creativity and technical skills will play a pivotal role in exceeding design expectations and solving complex challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate to design and manufacture aircraft cabin prototypes

• Participate in research and development for cabin materials

• Develop drawings and technical specifications for prototypes

• Cut, form, and assemble models using diverse techniques

• Improve designs through iteration and testing

Requirements:

• Technical diploma in cabinetmaking or composite materials

• Minimum 10 years in a manufacturing environment

• Proven ability to develop prototypes from sketches

• Knowledge of Rhino or Catia software is a plus

• Bilingual in French and English is an asset
