AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Instrumentation and Control Engineer to deliver top-notch engineering solutions for Small Modular Reactors in the Nuclear sector. This role is crucial for developing innovative I&C systems.
In this full-time role, your expertise in instrumentation and control will be integral to project success. You will produce procurement documents, prepare engineering drawings, and provide field design support. The position also entails interfacing with multiple engineering disciplines and ensuring compliance with QA programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare engineering procurement support documentation
• Interface with construction teams for design execution
• Review vendor documentation and acquire client acceptance
• Manage and prioritize project schedules and budgets
• Deliver clear technical presentations to stakeholders
Requirements:
• Engineering degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 8-10 years of I&C engineering experience
• Registered Professional Engineer in Ontario or eligible
• Familiarity with industrial and nuclear engineering standards
• Strong collaboration and technical skills
