As a key on-site support liaison, you will serve airline customers while mentoring junior engineers. Utilize your extensive knowledge of avionics systems, software, and hardware to provide effective solutions and timely training, significantly impacting product performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in aviation systems

• Conduct formal training sessions for airline personnel

• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance product performance

• Monitor and analyze data trends for systemic issues

• Deliver comprehensive reports on operational challenges

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering

• 5-7 years in Field Engineering or related engineering role

• In-depth understanding of avionics and wiring documentation

• Advanced skills in Linux, VxWorks, and networking

• Ability to travel up to 50% both domestically and internationally
