Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct naval architecture calculations for various marine platforms
• Defend and promote technical best practices and compliance
• Serve as project manager and technical lead on strategic projects
• Mentor staff and drive professional competency within the team
• Collaborate with shipyards for vessel surveys and condition documentation
Requirements:
• Degree in Marine Engineering or Naval Architecture
• 10+ years of relevant experience in naval architecture
• Current registration or ability to register as an engineer
• Eligible for Canadian security clearance
• Familiarity with International Maritime Organization regulations
