We are seeking an Aircraft Crew Chief to enhance our Aerospace Research Centre. This full-time term position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety. You will manage aircraft maintenance schedules, inspect and certify various aircraft, and supervise Aircraft Maintenance Engineers while working closely with stakeholders on innovative research projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate aircraft maintenance schedules

• Inspect and certify aircraft based on regulations

• Supervise aircraft maintenance engineers and technicians

• Manage aircraft technical records and documentation

• Liaise with manufacturers and stakeholders during projects

Requirements:

• AME “M1” licence from Transport Canada

• Significant experience in heavy maintenance or modifications

• Basic crew chief experience managing projects

• Solid knowledge of safety and regulatory standards

• Availability for possible field deployments
