Position: Senior Mixed-Signal Test Engineer Role

Astera Labs is searching for a Principal Test Engineer passionate about mixed-signal silicon technology. Focus on leading ATE test solutions and driving production success.

In this vital role, you will oversee test strategies for complex System-on-Chip (SoC) products at Astera Labs. Your responsibilities include developing ATE programs, engaging with design teams, and managing tests through every production stage. Essential skills include extensive knowledge of high-speed communication protocols like NVMe and USB.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement SoC ATE programs and test strategies

• Collaborate with designs teams to define test processes

• Select suitable test platforms for various ATE hardware

• Implement effective ATE patterns to improve testing time

• Utilize DFT techniques for defect coverage and optimization

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or higher

• 8 years of experience releasing SoC to manufacturing

• Strong foundation in high-speed protocol knowledge

• Hands-on mixed-signal test platform experience

• Proficient in ATE test programming and debugging
