Join Egis Canada as a Senior Municipal Engineer and drive important engineering projects in the transportation sector. Focus on both design and leadership in municipal engineering.
In this pivotal role at Egis, you'll work under the Manager of Municipal Engineering to manage complex projects that range from highways to urban roadways. Your leadership will guide junior engineers and ensure quality deliverables while cultivating client relationships. A solid understanding of CAD tools and detail design work will be key elements of your contribution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the detailed design of major highway projects
• Collaborate on municipal roadway engineering tasks
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers
• Prepare necessary reports and design drawings
• Ensure quality and compliance in engineering outputs
Requirements:
• Civil Engineering degree and P.Eng. license required
• At least 12 years of relevant engineering experience
• Proven experience with MTO and municipal projects
• Strong problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills
• Access to a registered vehicle for site inspections
