As a Human Factors Specialist, you will contribute to the cockpit geometry and interface designs through extensive 3D modeling and simulation analysis. Your responsibilities will include defining interface requirements and participating in ergonomics assessments, ensuring compatibility with human attributes. Collaborating with flight crews, you’ll evaluate functional usability within a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in User Centered Design activities related to cockpit interfaces

• Apply expertise in physical ergonomics for analysis and testing

• Collaborate with flight crews to assess cockpit usability

• Support validation and verification for flight deck interfaces

• Develop and document Human Factors activities for new aircraft

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, or Industrial Design

• Experience in physical ergonomics and 3D modeling tools

• Knowledge of aircraft systems and manufacturing processes

• Strong technical writing and oral presentation skills

• Self-motivated and resourceful in dynamic settings
