In this core senior technical role within the DRAM Systems and Component Architecture Group, you will leverage over 15 years of expertise in mechanical and thermal engineering. This position involves architecting, developing, and validating complex electronic systems featuring advanced components like ASICs and FPGAs. Your hands-on experience will be crucial for system bring-up and debugging, as well as working closely with various development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop thermal components for electronic systems

• Conduct thorough design reviews for all major sub-assemblies

• Oversee mechanical and thermal systems fabrication

• Define and implement validation plans ensuring high reliability

• Support product certification and transition to manufacturing

Requirements:

• BS or MSc in relevant engineering field

• 15+ years of experience in electronics/storage industry

• Proficiency in CAD tools like Solid Works

• Extensive knowledge of PCIe and DDR technologies

• Familiarity with AI tools in engineering tasks
