Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary interface for the Test team and engineering
• Manage budget, scope, and engineering work schedule
• Oversee compliance with program and regulatory requirements
• Track and prioritize engineering reachback requests
• Lead team through changing requirements and testing plans
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in STEM fields
• 12+ years of relevant experience or equivalent
• Active Top Secret Clearance required
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with CAM and EVM methodologies
