In this integral role, you will engage with the Ground & Flight Test Engineering team, overseeing the management and strategy for ground and flight testing initiatives. Your expertise will ensure effective project execution, encompassing design documentation, integration with various teams, and coordination with stakeholders. You will troubleshoot issues while maintaining comprehensive schedules for testing assets within the Bombardier framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage ground and flight testing coordination efforts

• Define testing strategies and project documentation

• Generate and uphold test schedules and procedures

• Review phase statuses and issue resolutions efficiently

• Engage with internal and external stakeholders throughout testing phases

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering necessary

• 10-15 years of aerospace experience

• Autonomous, results-driven, with strong work ethic

• Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities

• Microsoft Office skills;
