Industrialization Lead at Safran

Lead the industrialization efforts with Safran Landing Systems, focusing on manufacturing excellence and product robustness in a high-tech aviation environment. Utilize your engineering expertise in aeronautics to optimize production processes and meet quality objectives.

In this integral role, you will lead projects aimed at enhancing product manufacturability while ensuring compliance with technical specifications. You will oversee investment initiatives for industrial means and manage the multidisciplinary teams assigned to various projects. Your expertise in manufacturing engineering and keen analytical skills will drive the optimization of production methods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the industrialization process for landing gear components

• Oversee production means validation (PVI-PPAP)

• Facilitate multidisciplinary team cooperation and planning

• Coordinate risk analyses and manage milestones

• Establish action plans for product/process validation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in aeronautical or mechanical engineering

• 1-2 years experience in manufacturing engineering

• Proficient in CAD software (Catia V5, Delmia V6)

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes in aeronautics

• Excellent communication skills in French and English
