Position: C&DH Systems Engineer for Satellites
Location: Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue

Become a key player at MDA Space as a C&DH Systems Engineer, supporting innovative satellite systems. Engage in the design and integration of command and data handling functions.

In this role, you will design, verify, and support on-board C&DH systems for next-generation satellites at MDA Space. Your focus will include translating mission requirements into comprehensive specifications, while ensuring effective communication with various stakeholders to maintain project alignment. Your technical leadership will guide junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in satellite missions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design on-board processors, data-buses, and I/O interfaces

• Produce and maintain system requirements documentation

• Execute testing and verification plans for satellite systems

• Communicate technical risks and assessments to management

• Mentor less experienced engineers and foster team development

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering field

• Minimum 5 years of C&DH engineering experience

• Familiarity with data-bus protocols and embedded systems

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and communication capabilities in English
