In this role at dcbel, you will craft essential electrical schematics and PCB layouts for test stations, directly impacting the efficiency of renewable energy systems. Your responsibilities include designing safety interlocks, implementing signal routing, and creating detailed BOMs and assembly documentation. Collaboration with team members to troubleshoot and validate your designs is also vital.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop PCB layouts and electrical schematics for test stations
• Design safety and power distribution circuits
• Establish signal routing architectures for devices
• Work with experts to ensure electrical compatibility
• Produce comprehensive BOMs and wiring diagrams
Requirements:
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Eligibility to work as an Engineer in Québec
• Knowledge in circuit design and signal routing
• Experience with Solidworks Electrical and Altium Designer
• Familiarity with UL508 standards
