As a key player in Sila's team, you will execute process controls for production-scale synthesis equipment, fostering collaboration to develop robust designs. Your responsibilities will include creating comprehensive design documentation, engaging with vendors, and participating in safety reviews to uphold high safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute designs for synthesis equipment's process controls
• Implement strategies in P&IDs to meet established standards
• Maintain design documentation including I/O and alarm lists
• Collaborate with vendors for instrumentation subsystem designs
• Conduct safety reviews and implement necessary controls
Requirements:
• 5+ years industry experience in process controls
• Proficient in control system design and instrumentation principles
• Hands-on with PLCs and IEC 61131-3 languages
• Experience in designing intuitive HMIs
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards
