Electronic Technician at ABB

Reporting directly to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, this position supports critical engineering processes from design to validation. You will troubleshoot PCBAs, conduct root cause analyses, and ensure all documentation is accurate and comprehensive. A hands-on approach is vital for maintaining quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and debug design issues in PCBAs

• Conduct thorough analyses of failures and document results

• Make minor layout modifications using Altium Designer

• Verify BOM accuracy and component specifications

• Support engineering teams in documentation and assembly tasks

Requirements:

• DEC or technical degree in Electronics Technology

• 3–8 years of relevant experience as a technician

• Proficient with electronic measurement instruments

• Strong foundation in electronics fundamentals

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English
