What are your contributions to the team?
  • Be part of the Electrical Wiring and Interconnection System (EWIS) Engineering team
  • Support electrical wiring integration of aircraft system and structural configurations to produce customer wiring diagram designs and support harness deliveries
  • Review and approve supplier deliverables (ESSD/PCD)
  • Recommend and integrate wiring diagram design changes to meet customer configurations
  • Engage with electrical system stakeholders and manage workload scheduling
  • Create and maintain quality and productivity tracking tools
  • Provide technical support on change management implementation (RFC, PCR, RFQ, PO, etc)
  • Investigate, champion and integrate new EWIS SW tools
  • Optimize EWIS processes
  • Create and update EWIS BM, BAPS and Design guidelines
  • Contribute by participating in other tasks depending on program needs and demonstrating flexibility to adapt
How to thrive in this role?
  • You have a technical diploma or University degree in Aerospace, Avionics or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent work experience
  • You have at least 3 years of relevant working experience in Aerospace
  • You have wiring design, wiring installation and/or wiring troubleshooting experience
  • You are familiar with Siemens Capital software or similar ECAD tools
  • You must have excellent communication skills including the ability to read/write in English and French
  • You have a strong sense of responsibility and have good integration/organizational skills and initiative
  • You are innovative and open to new ideas
  • You have the ability to resolve problems and conflicts
