As a Head-Systems Product Engineer II at Galvion, you will drive the development of next-generation helmet systems for military personnel. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development of helmet and integrated helmet systems

• Manage products from concept to production

• Create product specifications and validation plans

• Serve as technical contact for internal and external stakeholders

• Drive continuous improvement and collaboration with manufacturing

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

• 7+ years in product development or engineering

• Experience with military products or tactical communications

• Strong understanding of engineering documentation

• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
