As a Project Technologist, you will collaborate with senior technical staff and Project Managers on environmental assessments related to property transactions. Responsibilities include conducting Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, preparing technical reports, and managing remediation efforts across Ontario and Quebec. Your contribution is vital for fostering healthier communities and environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough Phase I Environmental Site Assessments
• Perform field investigations for site evaluations
• Prepare and review comprehensive technical documentation
• Liaise with various stakeholders and subcontractors
• Assist in project scope development and implementation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science or Engineering
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong writing and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required
