Advance your engineering expertise at FTAI as a Technical Propulsion Engineer focused on CFM
56 engine operations. This role supports production teams with flexible day or evening shifts available.
In the Technical Propulsion Engineer position, you will deliver vital technical support for CFM
56 engines during maintenance and overhaul. Collaborate with various engineering teams to resolve technical issues and participate in investigations that enhance operational efficiency. Your contributions will ensure compliance with regulatory standards and successful engine delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in engine strip and build activities
• Provide technical guidance during production processes
• Resolve MRB requests in line with operational goals
• Communicate with OEMs on technical matters
• Engage in warranty and quality-related investigations
Requirements:
• Degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering
• Approximately 5 years in engine maintenance or overhaul
• Strong grasp of FARs, service bulletins, and regulations
• Familiarity with engine ATA 72 components
• Bilingual in French and English skills required
