Spacecraft Mechanical Intern Position

As a Mechanical Intern, you'll work alongside experienced engineers, contributing to the mechanical structures essential for spacecraft missions. You will assist with CAD modeling, building test setups, and conducting analyses critical to ensuring the success of our missions in orbit.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in mechanical design and CAD modeling for spacecraft
• Help with the assembly and integration of hardware
• Build and maintain necessary test setups and support equipment
• Conduct thermal and structural analysis assessments
• Engage in machining and 3D printing of components
Requirements:
• Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
• Familiarity with CAD software like Solid Works and NX
• Basic understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing
• Enthusiasm for hands-on work in a fast-paced environment
• Prior involvement in engineering projects is beneficial
