This position requires a leader with hands-on experience in maintenance within the consumer packaged goods sector. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead implementation of Integrated Lean 6 Sigma
• Support operational plans aligned with business needs

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar
• 3+ years in maintenance management
• Strong operational leadership experience
• Proven skills in team building and analytics
• Familiarity with TPM, Lean, and 6 Sigma concepts
