Strategy and scope:
- Define and be responsible for the test strategy and align it with chief engineers, programs, and Competence Centres (CoC). Act as the person responsible for defining the technical scope and planning of all ABIV activities.
- Project and risk management:
Ensure the achievement of TCQP objectives, identify technical or resource-related risks, implement mitigation plans, and anticipate needs in Processes, Methods, Data, and Tools (PMDT).
Leadership and governance:
- Functionally lead new development IPTs, trigger necessary trade-offs, and maintain a consolidated Statement of Work (SoW) reflecting deliverables, milestones, and financial limits. Act as the primary ABIV point of contact for other functions, notably engineering CoCs, Chief Engineering, and Programs.
Resource allocation:
- Map and provide an integrated view of the resources and skills required in collaboration with department managers.
- Degree in engineering (or equivalent).
- Significant experience in managing major flight test campaigns specifically for CS-25 aircraft (large airplanes), also including laboratory testing and the development of flight test means.
- Demonstrated experience in advanced project management.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Matrix leadership:
Demonstrated ability to influence, mobilize, and lead cross-functional teams without direct hierarchical ties. - Stakeholder management:
Excellent ability to interact with other functions, clarify roles and responsibilities, and accurately report on project progress. - Problem solving:
Strong analytical, synthesis, and creative capabilities to foster autonomy and resolve blockages.
